How to Participate?

VIRTUAL INSCRIPTIONS

Those interested in taking part in AGROCIENCIAS 2026 must complete the online registration through the platform by accessing the  REGISTRATION PAGE   


You must fill in your personal information and indicate your country of participation, as well as the currency in which the registration fee will be paid.

Once this information is completed, you must select the event you wish to participate in and choose your participation modality (in‑person or virtual, in either of its two formats). Based on this modality, you will then select the corresponding participation type.

If you choose Student or Presenter as your participation type, in any modality, you will be required to enter the details of the work you will present. Optionally, you may add additional submissions from the   WORKS SECTION in your user profile, as well as edit the information of any previously uploaded work. 

To register a submission, you must provide its title, upload the abstract document, and select the modality and thematic area in which you wish to present it. Please note that both the modality and the thematic area may be modified by the organizing committee. You will be notified if the reviewers determine that your submission is better suited to a different category.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS AND PRESENTATION MODALITIES

-Abstracts and papers must be written in one of the official languages of the event: Spanish or English.


-Presentation modalities may be oral or virtual poster, subject to prior notification to the authors.


-Coordinators of the simultaneous events will evaluate the best contributions for possible publication in one of the journals of the Mayabeque Scientific‑Academic Complex.


FORMS OF PARTICIPATION

The registration fee and pre‑congress courses must be paid online through a payment gateway.

The registration fee includes access to the scientific program, abstracts, conference information, attendance and author certificate(s), and the event proceedings with ISBN. Pre‑congress courses include a participation certificate granting 1 academic credit, a link to download the digital content of the course(s), and accompanying materials.

Payments from abroad will be processed through the SOLWAYS CUBA payment gateway(https://agrociencias.cubagrouplanner.com/). For Cuban participants, payments will be made via bank transfer through the national platforms TRANSFERMOVIL or ENZONA, after participation has been confirmed and a pre‑invoice has been issued.
